    SereniTide Pty(Ltd) (“Promoter”), 2025/252825/07, [Registered Address].
  2. Competition Period
    Opens 9 July 2025 at 00:00 SAST and closes 31 August 2025 at 23:59 SAST.
  3. Eligibility
    – South African residents aged 18 years or older.
    – Excludes directors, employees, agents, consultants or immediate family members of the Promoter or any person who directly or indirectly controls the Promoter.
  4. Entry
    – Submit one genuine product review on the SereniTide website during the Competition Period.
    – Entry is free and no purchase or payment is required to enter
    – Limit one entry per person.
  5. Prize
    One winner will receive a one-month supply each of the SereniTide Sleep Blend and Stress Blend (approximate retail value R 1000).
  6. Winner Selection & Oversight
    Winner drawn by random selection within seven days after closing.
  7. Notification & Claimin
    – Winner notified by email within 10 business days of the draw.
    – Winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.
  8. Publicity
    – By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness and review excerpt may be used for SereniTide marketing.
    – Any requirement for the winner to participate in further marketing, or permit use of their image, is voluntary and may be declined without loss of prize.
  9. Privacy
    Participants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with SereniTide’s Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act.
  10. Disqualification
    The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, offensive, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  11. Record Keeping
    The Promoter will retain all records relating to the Competition (including marketing instances, prize acknowledgments, draw procedures and participant declarations) for at least three years, per Regulation 11(6) of the CPA Regulations.
  12. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
